Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

 The 6th book of J.K. Rowlings Harry Potter opens a little differently than previous books. After showing a seen of  Draco's mother, her sister, and Snape talking about a task Voldmort has placed upon Mr. Malfoy (currently in Askban prison). Since Malfoy seiner can not preform the task it has been passed on his son currently attending Hogwarts school for witch craft and wizardry. Snape makes a vow to Draco's mother that he will do everything in is power to help her son with his dangerous task and protect him as well. The chapter ends just after. The next chapter Harry and Dumbledore head off to a former teachers home Mr.Horas Slughorn. After convincing the teacher to come back to Hogwarts its just about time to board the Hogwarts express. While on the train harry discovers that Malfoy is up to some thing. A few things go wrong while harry is spying and harry ends up on the floor with a bloody nose covered in the invisibility cloak. Of cores Tonks comes to the rescue and escorts Harry to the gate of the school where they meet Snape who takes harry in to the cassel. When harry is finally safe and warm in his bed he drifts off to sleep, ready to start a new school year the next day.

     Over the next few weeks there are many killings by Lord V. and Harry finds out that Snape will be teaching defence against the dark arts. Mr. Slughorn will take his place as poushin teacher. He finds a book in the back shelf with lots of hints and advice on posins and fallows the handwritten directions. He becomes the teachers pet after a while and Hermione is no so happy about that. She says the book is dangerous and that whoever is the writer is not to be trusted. Of cores Harry doesn't listen to Hermione(Der!) and continues using the book. the Rest of the year trudges on until Dumbledore calls harry to office and shows him some thing pretty interesting. He has collected memories of people over the years and they have put most of Tom Riddles past together. The first time they dive into the pensive they see a young tom Riddle and ask him about his "powers". After Dumbleore tells tom He is a wizard he agrees to come to Hogwarts with him and the memory ends. There are other memories that contain things like Tom seeing a locket that was Slitherings before it was pasted to his mother, seeing a goblet that was Ravenclaws, and he as Voldemort confronting Dumbledore and asking for a teaching job. The last one was the most interesting. It showed professor Slughorn sitting in a room with tom and some other boys. after they are dismissed tom stays behind and asks the professor a strange question.

Might be a while...

Hi! Might not be done with Harry Potter #6 for a while so...yeah...sorry. I'll try to finish before the month is out. I'm all worked up about the up coming author interview with Eoin Colfer (OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) The author of Artemis Fowl! I love Artemis Fowl to much for my own good so that's why I have not posted a recap of those 7 books. If I get any requests for a report on any of the AMAZING Artemis Fowl books I will happily write one. It warms my heart to hear someone wanting to hearr about the wonderful world of Eoin Colfer. Any way I'm sorry but I'll try to hurry on Harry. Hes not to cool but that does not mean I wont read. After I read all of the Harry Potter books I will start on the Narnia books 3-the rest and then on to Maximum Ride. I have a lot of reading to do for you guys and I love it. I am also reading Wednesday wars for school so I might post my end-of-book report are teacher makes us rite. Bye!

Happy new year!

My 2010 sucked. I am very happy to start a fresh new year with a good resolution. This year I will be criticizing books I have read. I know its not much but I need something to do in my spear time and I love to read. I really hope I get good comments about what and how I rite because I am writing a book (to be named later) as you read and I type. I am also happy you don't half to be 13 to start a blog. my first post will come as soon as I finish 'Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince'. so far its not as good  as i hoped it would be. The first 3 books were BORING!!!!!!!!!! but book four was OK and book five got pretty good in little parts so book six is sort of letting me down. I'm in a bet with a few people on weather I will read all of them so the next two reviews will be on those books. I might post pointless little articles and cute little jokes every once in  a while. I hope you will comment and follow!
